One thing that you can do is that you can use a cucumber for this purpose. Cut a cucumber into tiny slices and place it onto your eyes. Put some relaxing music on that you like, grad a chair, put the cucumber slices on your eyes, and get some rest for 15-30 mins. Do this for a month and notice the difference you feel! It’s amazing.
